11. Third-Party Services, Cookies, Policy Updates, Contact Information, and Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide and improve the Service, Job Walk Pro relies on trusted third-party providers that perform specific services on our behalf. These providers may include services for secure cloud hosting and infrastructure, database management, user authentication, payment processing, email delivery, artificial intelligence processing (where enabled), mobile application distribution, application performance monitoring, error reporting, security monitoring, and domain and DNS services.
The specific providers used to deliver these services may change over time as our infrastructure evolves. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of which qualified service provider is used to perform these functions. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and security practices. We encourage users to review those policies before using services that interact with Job Walk Pro.
11.3. Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signals. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard governing DNT responses, Job Walk Pro does not respond differently to browser-based Do Not Track requests. If an industry standard is adopted in the future, we may revise our practices accordingly.
11.4. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations, improvements to the Service, new features or functionality, changes in our business practices, security enhancements, and updates to third-party service providers. When material changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
Where required by law, we may also notify users through email, in-application notifications, website announcements, or other reasonable communication methods.
Your continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
11.5. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Service may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Job Walk Pro does not control the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of organizations that are not owned or controlled by MEP Academy LLC.
11.6. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws identified in the Job Walk Pro Terms of Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any rights provided under applicable privacy laws that cannot be waived by contract.

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
